Absolutely fantastic service. Contacted us quickly when we sent out a call for help with our washer dryer over heating. Ben came out the next day, swiftly and easily fixed the issue even explaining the steps as he went. Even stayed to check the machine functioned and even resolved a minor secondary issue with the machine.

We had Ben from True Tech come out to repair our cooker and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back promptly to complete the repair. The £100 call-out fee covered the labour, with parts charged separately, which we thought was very fair pricing.

He even took the time to repair the knobs on the cooker as well, which was really appreciated and showed he genuinely cares about doing a proper job. Fantastic service, reliable, tidy and friendly throughout. We’ll definitely use True Tech again and would highly recommend Ben to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Ben was fantastic. He came out as quickly as possible and managed to save my freezer just in time, which meant a lot of expensive food wasn’t lost. He was friendly and professional, stayed until everything was fully up and running, and even followed up afterwards to make sure it was still working properly. The 3-month guarantee gave me real peace of mind, and after doing thorough research, his pricing was the best as well. Highly recommended.

Called Ben late on a Saturday after finding his details on Google. Was out to the house within an hour to sort a issue with the fridge and wrapped up the job quickly. Really nice guy as well - would definitely recommend

Delighted with the prompt and professional service we received from Ben at True Tech for the repair of our dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the machine going within an hour of his arrival. Furthermore, he made two follow up phone calls to make sure that the dishwasher was still working. He obviously takes customer satisfaction seriously.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone having problems with their kitchen appliances and I will definitely use True Tech in the future should any of our appliances need repair.

Ben come and fixed our cooker, he visited on a Sunday, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. As being a Sunday the delivery was a day extra but can't complain as by Tuesday evening he had come and fixed the cooker and even had a look at extractor fan whilst here. He even tried to give us money back as he got the parts cheaper.
Excellent service and great guy. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Amazing experience with this company. Ben responded to my enquiry really fast and I was lucky that he was able to come out the same day!
