I’m Ben, a Corringham-based appliance engineer serving homes across Essex. My engineering journey began with Samsung, where I carried out their in‑warranty repairs and built a solid foundation in diagnostics and manufacturer-level standards. I then joined a reputable multi‑brand repair company, widening my skills across all major makes and models so I’m fully competent beyond Samsung—whether it’s Bosch, Hotpoint, Beko, LG, Neff, or anything in between.

I’ve always loved fixing things—for family, friends, and now my customers. Saving people money and getting appliances back up and running quickly is at the heart of my business. I take real pride in my work, no matter how big or small the job, and I stand by clear communication, honest advice, and dependable service.

Running my own business has long been a dream, and I’m proud to bring that passion to every call-out. I’m also a family man who believes the best things in life are free—time together, doing a good job, and treating people right.
